This Privacy Policy explains what information Summit Digital, LLC ("Summit Digital," "we," "us," or "our") collects through summitdigitalsc.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors to our website and to prospective clients who book a consultation, and is separate from the Services Agreement signed by clients who engage us for ongoing work.
Summit Digital, LLC is a digital marketing agency registered in South Carolina, doing business as Summit Digital. We are based in Greer, South Carolina and serve clients nationwide.
We collect information in three ways:
When you book a free Search Gap Audit or other consultation through our site, you are using Calendly's scheduling tool. Calendly collects the information you provide directly — typically your name, email address, phone number, and any notes you include — and shares it with us so we can prepare for and conduct the meeting. Calendly's own privacy practices govern how that data is processed on their platform; see Calendly's Privacy Notice.
Our website uses Google tracking code (such as Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, time on site, general location (city/region level), device type, and referral source. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies. We use this information in aggregate to improve the site; we do not use it to identify you individually. See Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles this data.
If you purchase the Get Found Starter plan, you are directed to a secure, Stripe-hosted payment page. Stripe collects and processes your payment information directly — Summit Digital does not receive, view, or store your full card details on our own systems. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it with anyone outside of the service providers (Calendly, Google, Stripe) described above, except as required by law.
Our website uses cookies placed by Google's analytics tools to collect the usage information described above. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may limit some site functionality but will not prevent you from browsing the site or booking a consultation.
We retain consultation and client information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, and comply with legal and tax obligations. Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings for our account.
You can request that we access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the email below. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, the right to request deletion of that information, and the right to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Summit Digital does not sell personal information, as that term is defined under the CCPA. To exercise your rights, contact us at the email below.
Our website and services are not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
